Beard of the Day

This is Scott Speedman, reblogged from tumblr.

Here's what he's thinking in each pic...

1. I wonder what Penelope is doing right now.
2. I hope Penelope likes this wood.
3. I would like to take Penelope for a canoe ride.
4. I can't believe Penelope wrote this amazing book!
5. Dear Penelope......

Have a Beardy Friday!

Ha!

I've always liked him (since Felicity) but ever since I saw him with a beard on Lumberjack Erotica, I've had a crush on him.

He's soooo yummy.

Oh, #2 & #3 - happy double entendres. Either that or I just have a dirty mind this early Friday morning.

I was team Noel during Felicity but I cannot deny the deliciousness of his beardy self. Rawr

Appears to be a nice fellow, but he could have taken a step closer to the razor this morning, and maybe put on a tie and a jacket.

Just saying.

I can answer one question... Penny likes wood!
He resembles your other favorite, Hugh Jackman!

Hi Casey! He is dreamy, I agree. ;^)

Barbara...I knew #2 was naughty, but I wasn't thinking that #3 was naughty. But you're right....it IS naughty. Good catch!

Oh Tom Tom Tom.....You need to spend a weekend at Penelope's Rugged Outdoor Living Camp with all lumberjack counselors. Does Carhartt make ties? I don't think so.

Hi Julia! He does sort of look like Hugh Jr. He was hot in Underworld, too.

Sorry, Penny...I believe in cultural evolution. The tie, the Martini, the pocket square, the close shave, and literary fiction - for these are pinnacles from which, once attained, one cannot retreat.

Haaaaa....good try, Tom. But let's not forget that one of your favorite authors (EH) was one plaid shirt-away from lumberjackiness. Sure, he didn't have an axe, but I don't see any pocket squares. Just sayin.

Next week I'm going to have to find a spiffed up beardy dude with a pocket square. I can do it!

Amber, It's part of my diabolical plan to plant subliminal beard-loving in brains all over the world.

Is it working yet? How bout now? :^)

Penelope said...

Tasha....I do love Scott's wood. Ahem.

Penelope said...

Tom, Glad I made you smile!
