In spite of an oddball start to her professional career (advanced ivy league degree in turfgrass science, biology teacher who used Arnold Schwarzenegger movies as teaching aids, and highly competitive lacrosse coach who often yelled “Jiminy Cricket!” during games), Penelope finally settled into an acceptable field. Romance. Now she reads it. Writes it. Reviews it.
Penny's favorite things include plants, weenie dogs, and beards (not necessarily in that order). She welcomes comments and suggestions, which should be addressed t0 penelope.romance@gmail.com.
Happy romance reading!

Hey Penny!
Loving your trailer! So cute.
Thanks, Carolyn! I am soooo excited. I think it turned out really well!
Very cute!
Hi Julie! Thanks so much...I can't get that Nutcracker music out of my head! My daughter loves this trailer and is now planning her own...she asked me if it was okay to copy my words! Hee hee.....
I love the trailer, Penny! LOL, you daughter is funny. I also can't get that Nutcracker music out of my head now that I've watched your trailer.
Hi Phoebe....thanks! My daughter's first romance novel was titled "The Bride In The Marriage"--she is totally getting the genre! (She is 6 years old, by the way).
I am SO thrilled about this book. I'm going to be reviewing it on my book blog. I'll keep you posted.
:)
Fab trailer!
Hi Juju! Thanks so much for the enthusiasm. I can't wait for you to read it! (By the way, I just looked at your profile, and I have a dream of owing a cottage in the woods, too!).
OMG, Penny! Your 6 year old daughter is already writing her first romance novel? I am totally jealous of her and I'm a 20 year old. I hope that she will continue writing as she gets older cause I think she might have talent if she's learning from you.
Hi Phoebe...my daughter is a character with a capital "C"!!! When she grows up she wants to be an archaeologist, cake designer, romance novelist, clothing designer, teacher, marine biologist, and rock star. And that's just for this week! :)
